As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Previous experience with timekeeping processes, as well as demonstrated ability in calendar management, preparing agendas, and accurate minute-taking. The successful candidate will have experience with basic accounting tasks, including invoice processing and budget tracking. A high level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information is essential. The role also requires the ability to support leadership or management teams in a healthcare or similarly high-demand environment. Strong problem-solving skills, adaptability to shifting priorities, and familiarity with medical terminology and clinical workflows are also required.
