Your Opportunity:

This is your opportunity to provide administrative support to the busy Strathmore Addiction and Mental Health clinic. The role, as the front face of the clinic, involves providing a warm welcoming environment for clients and community partners. The administrative duties are diverse and include reception, scheduling, scanning, supply maintenance, e-facilities managing ConnectCare workques and support in day-to-day administrative operations. This position has transitioned to Recovery Alberta effective September 1, 2024. As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

3+ years' experience in independent administrative support. Medical assistant or equivalent education.

Preferred Qualifications:

preference given to those with Ambulatory connectcare training.
