We’re looking for an Administrative Support III to join our specialized clinics and programs. In this fast-paced and rewarding role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of services that directly impact patient care. From coordinating complex schedules and managing client communications to maintaining clinical documentation and supporting a multidisciplinary team, your ability to juggle priorities with efficiency and professionalism will be key. You’ll handle everything from booking client appointments with physicians and therapists, to managing inquiries across phone, email, and fax with discretion and empathy. Preparing critical documentation like AADL forms and prescriptions, updating spreadsheets with intermediate Excel functions, and managing waitlists will all fall within your scope. You’ll ensure timely follow-ups, confirmation letters, and appointment adjustments, particularly when staffing or client changes arise. Your role will also include supporting internal communications drafting meeting agendas, taking minutes, and managing logistics for team meetings. Beyond clerical tasks like scanning documents into EMRs or assisting with referrals, you’ll be an essential point of contact for patients and healthcare providers alike. Whether it’s performing preliminary screening for outpatients or stepping in to cover other administrative areas, your adaptability and commitment to excellence will shine through.

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:To succeed in this role, you’ll need a high school diploma (or equivalent), outstanding organizational skills, the ability to juggle competing priorities in a timely manner and you are able to thrive both independently and collaboratively. Your communication must be clear and professional, and your problem-solving approach should reflect a strong dedication to client-centered care.
Preferred Qualifications:If you bring experience with Connect Care, Microsoft Office (especially Excel), or have completed post-secondary education in medical office administration or business, that’s a definite plus.
