Administrative Support III
Your Opportunity:
This position will be supporting site operations for 22 food services departments, under 2 managers, as well as supporting the north zone NFLES Ex.Director. A preference will be given to a candidate within the north zone area you will be supporting. This position can be hybrid work but there is a need to work at a site directly for some duties, which can be accommodated based on successful applicant location.
Description:
As an Administrative Support III, you will require advanced administrative or specialized skills and knowledge to support complex procedures, practices and initiatives within a department or program.

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Must be able to demonstrate critical thinking skills and initiative.
Preferred Qualifications:Preference will be given to those with post-secondary administrative assistant/clerical education. Knowledge of record keeping and financial procedures an asset. Minimum of 1 year experience in related commercial or healthcare food service environment preferred. Strong knowledge of administrative support/clerical functions with accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
