Your Opportunity:

The Child & Youth Mental Health and Addiction Team in Grande Prairie is looking for additional, casual Administrative Support III to join our multidisciplinary team. The successful candidate must be an effective communicator, skilled at managing and completing administrative tasks, and demonstrate a solid desire to help others. This all within a fast-paced environment. In this role you will be responsible for liaising with clients and the public and will support the different Children and Youth Mental Health and Addiction teams. The position requires strong computer, organizational, problem solving, and multi-tasking skills. In addition to a competitive rate of pay, AHS currently has a Remote Retention Allowance in place to an annual maximum of $3,000. This allowance is non-pensionable and is payable on an hourly basis for all hours paid at the basic rate of pay. This position has transitioned to Recovery Alberta effective September 1, 2024. Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Knowledge and operation of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Experience in a busy office setting.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience and knowledge with Connect Care is preferred.
