Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Recent experience in providing administrative support within a clinical setting is required. Knowledge and skills in use of MS Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Visio and MS Teams. Proficiency with Connect Care including scheduling, processing referrals and patient billing is required. Experience with Oracle is required. High degree of accuracy, attention to detail, organizational and time management skills. Excellent command of the English language in both written and verbal skill. Superior active listening and interpretative skills. High degree of customer service, problem solving, interpersonal skills and critical thinking. Demonstrated professional telephone skills. Experience resolving complex client issues with professionalism, discretion and compassion.
Preferred Qualifications:Completion of a certificate or diploma in a healthcare program.
