Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Knowledge and operation of Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel. Keyboarding skills required, proficiency test would be administered. Knowledge of legislation regarding access, privacy and disclosure of patient information required. Confident to work independently and in a team environment with excellent communication skills. Skilled at paying close attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional image, manage stressful situations with empathy and to remain calm, courteous, sensitive and tactful at all times. Able to prioritize work and cope with frequent interruptions. Must be able to work all shifts based on operational needs.
Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience and knowledge of addictions and mental health. Ability to work under tight deadlines. Responding to crises calls.
