Your Opportunity:

Provides a variety of scanning and mailroom duties such as sorting and scanning invoices/documents in the system. This includes receiving electronic mail and importing it into Markview using software Import or KIC. This role also includes mailroom duties such as receiving, open/counting, incoming mails. Gather and prepare all outgoing mail and perform filling duties. Successful Candidate will work in Kofax/Markview and Oracle ERP system. Key Responsibilities: 1. Receive and open daily incoming mails, sort, and count and date stamp. 2. Maintain multiple Accounts Payable provincial email addresses for vendors email (Invoices & Statements). 3. Prepare batches to scan into ERP system. 4. Attach follow up documents to oracle record. 5. Gather and prepare all outgoing mail via FedEx or courier services. 6. Determined placement of scanned document as per AHS retention policy. 7. Retrieves invoices from ERP System for internal or external reporting requirements. 8. Collaborate with AP team to resolve mail-related issues or delays. 9. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate frequently in a fast-paced team environment, organized, self-directed, innovative. 10. Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisors/Managers. Qualifications & Experience: Grade 12 or recognized equivalent and minimum 2 years of experience in the mailroom/Accounts Payable support role, working with MS office (excel) and other administrative tasks.

Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of experience in the mailroom/Accounts Payable support role. Minimum 2 years of experience with scanning documents using any scanning software or experience with Adobe Acrobat (proficiency with editing, splitting, merging/combining, sorting document). Working experience with MS Office (Excel, Word). Ability to work in a busy/noisy team environment (certain machines produce noise above 80 decibels). Must be able to walk around the office, and sit and work at computer screen for prolonged periods of time (this is frequent/constant task of this position). Must be able to lift/push/pull from waist-to-waist, floor-to-waist, up to 20-25 pounds (this is occasional/frequent). Physically able to lift boxes/material up to 15-20 pounds above the shoulder height (this is rare/occasional) – Filling, storing.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Oracle and Kofax/Markview ERP systems (preferred) or Equivalent.
