Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Grade 12 Diploma or high school equivalent. Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm. Excellent English Verbal and written communication. Customer Service experience. Critical thinking and ability to demonstrate flexibility within an environment of constant interruptions and changing work demands. Deal with high levels of stress and accountability.
Preferred Qualifications:Minimum one year experience within the last two years in a health care setting. Knowledge of services and locations within the facility. Connect Care experience.
