Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent.
Additional Required Qualifications:Complete a basic typing test to confirm a minimum standard of 35 of words per minute typing speed with accuracy. Complete a basic mathematical test during the interview. Complete a basic attention to details skills test during the interview. Minimum 1-year experience in commercial or healthcare food service environment. Minimum 1-year customer service experience. Must be able to pass competency test as per Alberta Health Services Policy Demonstrated ability to follow through on issues/action plans/decisions and employs the appropriate monitoring system to ensure follow through is undertaken. Must be able to maintain confidentiality. Demonstrates positive customer service and professional telephone etiquette. Demonstrated ability to problem solve. Ability to perform a variety of duties with limited supervision is required. Must have demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken English language. Must be proficient and experienced with Cbord with SCM software and as well as Windows software including Microsoft Excel and Word. Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain positive working relationships. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure with significant mental/visual demands, and handle competing and frequently changing priorities, within tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Formula Calculator an asset.
