7 years administrative and office management expertise with a minimum of 4-year experience in a senior administrative professional role, required. High School diploma, required.
Additional Required Qualifications:Advanced computer skills with demonstrated recent use and/or training in Microsoft Office and Outlook. Proficient typing skills with 50+ WPM. Advanced knowledge of AHS policies, procedures and systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong grammar and proofreading skills. Excellent time management, prioritization and organizational skills, and working with minimal direction in a dynamic environment. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment with many distractions and interruptions. Experience working in a virtual team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:Certification from an approved secretarial/administrative assistant program, preferred. Direct experience in health care organization, preferred. Equivalence of education and experience may be considered.
