Required Qualifications:

3-5 years working knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications (Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint) in order to respond to action requests, and to prepare and edit correspondence and respond to stakeholder inquiries. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Proficient in payroll, iExpense, Outlook, and Markview. Excellent formatting, grammar and proofreading skills. Ability to complete duties with numerous interruptions, balance and prioritize workload, coordinate meetings. Ability to handle incoming phone calls, emails and in person interactions in a courteous and effective manner. Ability to be a healthy team member with a positive attitude and one who contributes to a positive working environment by being discrete and supporting colleagues when they require additional support.


Additional Qualifications:

5 years working knowledge of AHS systems and processes in an operational setting 5 years working knowledge of AHS policies and processes and general office policies and procedures. Senior level administrative experience supporting larger portfolios or executive positions. Working knowledge of AHS Fleet maintenance.
