Please enter information in this field.Administrative Assistant certificate and/or diploma or its equivalency. 5 years or more experience in supporting key senior leadership - advanced, diversified, and comprehensive administrative expertise. Exceptional planning and organizational skills. High degree of initiative, confidence, and self-direction. Strong team player with a willingness to assist in various tasks. Demonstrated ability to manage time and resources to accomplish goals. Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to handle frequent interruptions and changes in priorities. Effective problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential material with the utmost professionalism. Strong technical capabilities, including advanced working knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Preferred Qualifications:
The successful applicant will be able to work in a fast paced/high demand environment with the flexibility to easily shift tasks as required. Considerable working knowledge of AHS systems, procedures and policies pertaining to information management and human resources. Attention to detail and thoroughness with assigned tasks is essential. Previous exposure to and work within a hybrid team structure.
