Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, mathematics, statistics, economics, operations research, business administration, public health or related discipline. Eight years’ experience in analytics, evaluation, quality improvement or human resources, in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity (healthcare experience an asset). Experience with statistical analyses including multivariate and longitudinal modelling. Strong technical and analytical abilities, a knack for driving impact and growth, and some experience with programming/scripting in a language such as Java or Python. Basic understanding of statistical programming in a language such as R or SAS. Experience in developing strong working relationships and partnerships with key internal and external stakeholders. Excellent communication and critical analytical skills. Keen control over data to tease out patterns and present data in a meaningful way. Ability to interact with senior leaders by presenting detailed plans, complex analyses, and findings in business and user-friendly language. Demonstrated ability to lead change and influence decision-making. Is a deep thinker with intellectual curiosity.
