Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Physically capable to walk and/or stand for the duration of your shift, and perform repetitive physical movements.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated ability to communicate expectations, assignments and responsibilities clearly and professionally. Demonstrated ability to adhere to employer policies and protocols. Basic knowledge of computers and experience using the Microsoft suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing a team of 5+ employees & with staff scheduling. Experience working in a unionized environment. Experience with Westech Auditing program. Current on all mandatory AHS training. Demonstrated ability to follow and adhere to policies, procedures, goals, and objectives. Demonstrates ability to teach, train and motivate team members. Demonstrates ability to problem solve, adapt to changing work environments and shows desire for continuous learning and development.
