Description:
As a Working Leader, you will orient, support, and continuously coach Surgical Processors. Responsibilities include setting daily and shift-based priorities within the department while ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and established standards. You will act as a formal resource to department staff and may act as a delegate for management on operational issues. In addition, you may support the management team by providing input for annual performance evaluations of surgical processing staff.

Completion of an accredited Medical Device Reprocessing (MDR) program. Completion of an Healthcare Sterile Processing Association (HSPA) certification or Canadian Standards Association (CSA) certification.
Additional Required Qualifications:Minimum 6 months experience in Surgical Reprocessing. To ensure your skills and qualifications are considered please attach a resume and cover letter with your application.
Preferred Qualifications:1 year experience in a healthcare facility-surgical reprocessing. Please attach all required qualification certificates.
