Minimum 10 years’ experience with last 5 years’ experience in progressive management positions. Experience in strategic and operational planning and execution of operational strategies. Expertise in written and verbal communication. Demonstrated ability to be collaborative, and form successful relationships and partnerships. Proven ability to lead, coach and develop high performing teams. Demonstrated a high degree of integrity in dealing with sensitive information. Strong change management, project management, planning, evaluation, and organizational skills.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Highly responsive and effective in fast paced, complex environment. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality products, processes and services within tight timeframes and to juggle conflicting priorities and ambiguity. Proven ability to innovate and challenge the status quo. Effective communicator with an ability to foster effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Successful large scale change project leadership and implementation experience. Healthcare industry knowledge and health and safety experience are an asset.
