Required Qualifications:

Diploma in business or related discipline that includes customer service, logistics, and supply chain management supplemented by formal warehousing and/or supply chain and distribution training. 5+ years’ experience in a computerized warehouse and distribution environment. 3+ years supervisory experience in a unionized environment is essential. Knowledge of computerized supply change management systems. (Oracle R12 and Meditech an asset) Computer training and strong skills in Microsoft Office with a high degree of expertise in Excel and data analysis.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all levels and positions across the organization. Leadership and supervisory training, preferably with a proven track record in healthcare. Completed WHMIS, TDG, OHS& power equipment courses. Familiar with transportation rules and regulations within the province of Alberta. Experience working within a multisite and health care environment. Solid background in healthcare consumables distribution practices and understand products


Preferred Qualifications:

Membership with a relevant recognized professional body would be considered advantageous. Proven commitment to ongoing professional development and continuous learning. Proven track record within healthcare supply chain management with a demonstrated ability to drive performance. Oracle R12 and Meditech experience an asset.
