Baccalaureate Degree in Nursing. Current registration with CARNA. A minimum of 5 years current experience in critical care. Effective communicator with strong leadership and organizational skills. Self-directed and highly motivated. Ability to function in stressful and dynamic situations.
Additional Required Qualifications:As required.
Preferred Qualifications:Recent experience (last 3 years) in a Unit Manager role. Experience with the following applications from a managerial perspective: ESP, e-manager, i-Proc/Oracle, e-People, RMS, MSN, RLS, iExpense and Markview. Critical Care Nursing Certificate. Canadian Nurses Association Certificate in Cardiology or Critical Care.
