Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Completion of an accredited Unit Clerk Course or equivalent training program.

Additional Required Qualifications:

A one-year Unit Clerk certificate with practicum component from a recognized post-secondary institution is required. Relevant experience will also be considered. Successful completion of a recognized course in medical terminology is necessary. Current (BCLS-HCP) certification is required. Exceptional communication and organizational skills are essential. Payroll experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

Unit Clerk experience in an acute care facility is preferred. Connect Care trained.
