Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Completion of an accredited Unit Clerk Course or equivalent training program.
Additional Required Qualifications:Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Completion of an accredited Unit Clerk Course or equivalent training program. Demonstrated effective interpersonal and communication skills through computer, verbal and written means, in a professional and mature manner. Demonstrated ability to successfully establish relationships with both patients and families and engage them in their care. Ability to prioritize work and effectively cope with frequent interruptions, noise, and other nearby distractions. Demonstrated proficiency in computer skills – knowledgeable of Microsoft Office applications and basic typing. Ability to work as a team member and to request and accept direction as required. Preferred Qualifications:Health Experience preferred. Proficiency in Connect Care. Recent staff scheduling experience. Non-Violent Crisis Intervention.
