Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Completion of an accredited Unit Clerk Course or equivalent training program.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Completion of a recognized Unit Clerk Program. Previous hospital experience. Computer Skills. Must have excellent communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to prioritize and work within a strict timeline. Demonstrated strong organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy. Demonstrated reliability. Must be able to cope with frequent interruptions and work under pressure within a stressful, demanding and changing environment. Medical terminology is essential. Preferred Qualifications:

One year current experience in a Unit Clerk or related position preferred.
