Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Completion of an accredited Unit Clerk Course or equivalent training program.

Additional Required Qualifications:

1 year experience in an Ambulatory Clinics within the last 3 years. Experience using connect care within the past year. Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience as an Unit Clerk in an outpatient/ambulatory clinic setting. Knowledge of Diabetes and Orthopedics medical terminology. Experience with all connect care systems – Lumens Front Desk Scheduler, Clinic Referrals, Schegistrar, Registration Basics, Template Builder. Previous experience with Health Information Management (HIM) or document management. CPR Level C (HCP).
