Required Qualifications:

Quality improvement certification/designation (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) from a recognized institution required. Minimum 3 years’ experience in frontline/hands on quality improvement work including planning, execution, reporting, monitoring and evaluation required. Minimum 3 years’ experience, leading complex process improvement initiatives within an organization of significant size and complexity Undergraduate degree in Business or a Health Science profession; equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Strong facilitation skills with a demonstrated ability to analyze and communicate data and complex topics effectively to various audiences at all levels of the organization. Strong problem-solving, analytical, organizational, interpersonal and customer-service skills, as well as attention to detail. You are able to demonstrate the ability to prioritize, align and oversee multiple projects and competing demands. You will also need excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to work independently and as an active team member demonstrating the ability to handle job related matters in a professional, diplomatic manner. A demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree or certification in health system leadership, change management and/or project management is an asset. Knowledge of AIW (AHS Improvement Way) methodologies an asset. Minimum 3 years’ experience in a hospital/healthcare setting is an asset.
