A minimum of three years’ experience in Human Resources, Training, Adult Education; ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Demonstrated ability to prepare and deliver effective training. Experience with successful virtual training delivery. Skilled in classroom management techniques. Ability to transpose complex information into easily understood terms that supports various learning styles. Solid understanding of adult learning principles. Understanding of instructional design models (such as the ADDIE model) used to analyze, design, develop, implement and evaluate training programs and materials. Ability to learn, retain and deliver a broad scope of HR policy and procedure information. Excellent communication and organizational skills required. Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SharePoint.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Previous experience in a PeopleSoft or other Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Strong attention to detail focusing on being consistent, thorough, and accurate. Ability to understand and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Preferred Qualifications:
Contact Centre training experience. A minimum of 3 years’ experience in in Human Resources, Training, Adult Education, ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Instructional Design experience is preferred as well as technical writing experience. Understanding and Knowledge of Collective Agreements. A working knowledge of Adobe Suite products, with a focus on Captivate.
