Required Qualifications:

Completion of post-secondary diploma in a related field.

Additional Required Qualifications:

3-5 years recent clinical experience in AHS required. Strong verbal communication, public speaking, and listening skills required. Prior experience facilitating, instructing, precepting and or teaching required. Knowledge of organizational/clinical workflows and practice. Strong interpersonal skills required. Ability to learn new material quickly and adapt to change is required. The ability to build rapport easily is required. Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly master new software programs is required. Strong team player required. Proven leadership skills required. Ability to critically think and solve problems quickly and efficiently is required. Approachable, team player, mentoring ability required. Ability to prioritize. Be patient and calm when faced with multiple distractions and problems that may arise. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Ability to promote the change process in a positive manner is required. Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft Office tools including word, SharePoint, Visio, etc. Ability to sit and stand for prolonged periods with extended computer use required. Ability to lift up to 10 pounds required. Experience and comfort in problem solving and conflict resolution required. Must submit a current resume.

Preferred Qualifications:

Completion of Prosci change management training preferred. Demonstrated ability to think systematically and critically to improve quality, realize improved outcomes and engage others in same. Demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities, coaching and teaching, and the ability to inspire and build confidence in others. Demonstrated experience in planning, communication, facilitation, and coordination of multiple projects/operational work packages.
