Required Qualifications:

Completion of diploma from an accredited post-secondary rehabilitation Therapy Assistant program or equivalent training may be considered.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Completion of diploma from an accredited post-secondary rehabilitation Therapy Assistant program with a Major in Speech Language Pathology Assistant or equivalent training may be considered. CPR certification. Strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal/public relations skills are required as are excellent communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous work experience in Speech language pathology service delivery setting. Experience working in small groups or individually with children. Able to prioritize work. Able to be an effective team member. Able to maintain confidentiality. Strong commitment to customer service. Able to deal courteously and effectively with clients.
