Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 5 years' experience in Therapeutic Recreation or similar field. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a progressive leadership role, ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Demonstrated pattern of professional and personal development, preferably related to healthcare leadership. Bachelor's degree in Therapeutic Recreation required, but equivalencies of education and experience may be considered. ATRA membership.

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree, Bachelor's Degree or other post-secondary education preferred.
