Required Qualifications:

Graduate of a recognized degree program in information technology, information sciences, or related discipline. An equivalent combination of directly related experience and education may be considered. 3 years’ experience in contact center operations, infrastructure and systems. Experience supporting contact centre applications and hardware. Experience supporting health information systems while demonstrating strong client-centered skills. Certification in ITIL ® V3, Business Analysis and Project Management Advanced proficiency in MS Office 2016 and Windows 10, with the ability to troubleshoot common concerns. Experience with Information Management tools/ web tools. Working knowledge of SharePoint, Access and SQL Databases Demonstrated end user support experience. Effective time management and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and multi-task. Ability to make quick and logical decisions. Ability to develop creative and innovative solutions. Demonstrated logical problem solving skills with ability to work independently and in team environments excellent communication, presentation, technical writing skills. Proven change management, business analysis and project management skills.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Programming knowledge - specifically VBA for Word, Excel and Access. Basic Network design and troubleshooting experience. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to deal with tight time-frames and related pressures. Demonstrated creative ability in web/print projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

Graduate of a recognized degree program in information technology, information sciences, or related discipline. Experience in Application/Software implementation in operational areas 3-5 years of progressive business analyst/information analyst experience in a complex technical or health care organization. Experience with clinical decision software tools and contact center technology
