Required Qualifications:

Degree or Diploma in Management Information Systems, Communications, Design, Journalism or related field. 2 years of experience in user experience, information architecture and research. Expert skills in Microsoft Suite including Publisher and Visio. Experience with web analytics, search engine optimization and visitor behaviour tracking. Familiarity with Business Analysis tools including the following: Swim lane diagrams; Fishbone diagrams; Storyboard development; SWOT analysis.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Proven interpersonal skills and the ability to get along with a wide variety of people. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Proven organizational, time management and sound decision making skills required. Strong interpersonal and facilitation skills. A self-motivated team player with good problem-solving and decision-making skills. Superior organizational skills, ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of Alberta Health Care system an asset. CPHIMMS Certificate an asset. SharePoint experience is a definite asset.
