Bachelor's degree in a related field or a combination of Trade certification in a major building trade and previous related experience or other recognized designations or equivalencies. Ten (10) years of facility operations experience and five (5) years of project management experience, preferably in an acute care facility of significant size, complexity and diversity.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a related field, coupled with an Advanced Project Management Certificate or a Facility Operations and Maintenance Certificate.
