Required Qualifications:

Completion of a post-secondary degree in a related field, or equivalent level of education and experience.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in business analysis or a related discipline (organizational change management, project management, benefits realization, etc.). Experience in using common applications such as MS-Office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, SharePoint). Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel is required. Good facilitation and written/verbal communication skills; experience in a variety of stakeholder engagement techniques. Solid requirements documentation skills and data analysis, with proven ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, and convey information effectively. Understanding of business process design, modeling and visualization. Experience in problem solving, negotiation, concerns/conflict resolution and investigation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Solid technical acumen/literacy or experience on technical projects is preferred. Experience in health care and/or IT technology teams. Experience running queries, scripts and/or reports.
