Must successfully attain and maintain appointment as a Community Peace Officer I by the Alberta Solicitor General. Successful candidate must have successfully completed the P.A.R.E. with a maximum time of 4 minutes 45 seconds (4:45) within the previous 6 months. Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Successful candidate must provide current minimum Class 5 (non GDL) Driver’s abstract issued within the last 30 days. Must provide a current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector issued within the last 30 days Current Basic Cardiac Life Support- Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP)

Preferred Qualifications:
Two years post-secondary education in Security, Law Enforcement or Criminal Justice; or relatable field preferred. Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Minimum two years of security related experience, preferably in a health care environment. Previous supervisory experience is an asset
