Degree in a health-related field (Master’s preferred). Active registration and good standing with the applicable regulatory college. Minimum 5 years recent healthcare experience in specialized rehabilitation. Minimum 5 years leadership, change management and project experience. Expertise in program planning, quality initiatives, and program evaluation. Strong analytical and data skills, including spreadsheet and database use. Excellent communication, organizational, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Ability to work independently and prioritize competing demands. Strong clinical judgment and ability to solve complex problems. Experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders across programs, committees, and provincial teams. Demonstrated change management, communication, and engagement skills. Experience preparing briefing notes, reports, and presentations. Experience with budget monitoring and capital equipment processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
Rehabilitation environment experience. Project management, organizational change management, and quality improvement experience. Experience providing functional leadership to interdisciplinary teams.
