Completion of Grade 12 or equivalent. Active or eligible for appointment as a Community Peace Officer I by the Alberta Solicitor General. Completed Physical Abilities Requirement Evaluation (PARE) with a minimum passing time at or under four minutes and forty-five seconds (4:45). Valid class 5 non-GDL driver's license.
Additional Required Qualifications:
A minimum of five (5) years of related experience and/or relevant education. Ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity (healthcare experience an asset). Public speaking capabilities. Proven multi-tasking and effective decision-making abilities in a fast paced, stressful environment. A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Post-secondary education. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered. Health Care experience is an asset. 2 years Management experience. Acting Site Management experience. Leadership Development Education.
