A minimum of 5 years in a dispatching role preferably in a healthcare environment, including 2 years in a supervisory capacity. Emergency Communications Diploma or two years post-secondary education in Security, Law Enforcement or Criminal Justice. Possesses or is working towards Quality Improvement certification/designations such as Lean Six Sigma.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Progressive leadership experience in a security environment, including 2 years' experience in a management role in security operations or dispatching. Ability to manage human, financial and physical resources within an operating environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Professional Designation of Certified Health Care Protection Administrator (CHPA) from the International Association of Health Care Security and Safety is an asset.
