Required Qualifications:

Master’s degree required in health, or related field (e.g., Master’s in Public Health, Population Health Management, Community Health Sciences, Population Health, or Health Promotion). A minimum 3-5 years of experience in a leadership and program planning role, ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity, and diversity. Experience leading teams to develop and implement population and public health interventions that take an upstream approach. Demonstrated leadership in health equity, evaluation, monitoring, performance management monitoring systems, and quality improvement. A clear pattern of professional and personal development. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.

Additional Required Qualifications:

The incumbent will be self-directed, demonstrate initiative and work with a high degree of independence. Demonstrate critical and systems thinking and work collaboratively with internal and external partners to identify and implement complex projects. Deliverables will be in alignment with best practice. Proficient in verbal and written communication and report writing. Skilled in time management and have the ability to rapidly shift focus based on dynamic program priorities. Advanced communication, facilitation and negotiation skills and a strong ability to engage diverse stakeholders and facilitate collaboration. Strong track record in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships including the ability to foster a climate of cooperation and build trusting relationships with internal and external partners. Leadership skills, including demonstrated ability and comfort with decision making responsibilities, coaching, and mentoring, and the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve common goals. Demonstrated evaluation skills and ability to synthesize, analyze and present complex information.
