Required Qualifications:

Completion of Grader 12 or equivalent.

Additional Required Qualifications:

Medical Terminology required, proficiency test. Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel. Must be willing to work all shifts, ie: nights, evenings, days, and weekends. Attention to detail and ability to problem solve and work with minimal supervision. Demonstrated ability to maintain a professional image, manage stressful situations with empathy and to remain calm, courteous, and tactful at all times. Ability to communicate efficiently, cope with stress and deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Meditech software an asset. Previous hospital switchboard or call centre experience preferred
