Post-secondary secretarial or administrative support certificate.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Experience in supervision and human resource management. Experience in managing change and leading working groups. A minimum of five years experience working in a complex office setting. Strong communication skills and the ability to foster productive working relationships.
Preferred Qualifications:
Evidence of continuing education. Leadership. Project Management. LEAN or QI training.
