Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate in health related field, Business Administration, Education is preferred or 5 years previous supervisory managerial experience in a health care setting. Previous experience with staff scheduling and scheduling provisions with knowledge of ESP, time entry, time cards and payroll is required. The incumbent requires a good understanding of AHS policies and procedures, collective agreement interpretations and payroll practices (ESP and ePeople).

Additional Required Qualifications:

Must have strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills, be self-directed and display excellent judgement/decision-making. Must have strong leadership, interpersonal and team building skills, must have the ability to interact with staff and leadership from various levels. Must demonstrate a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
