Required Qualifications:

Scheduling experience, using complex scheduling software. Previous supervisory experience required. Experience leading in a unionized environment. Experience in a healthcare environment, or another similar multi-shift environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.


Additional Required Qualifications:

Demonstrated strong leadership and teambuilding skills are required. Structured leadership development and communication skills training. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proactive organizational skills. Ability to manage competing priorities. Experience in a fast paced environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with Telestaff and e-People. Experience with Payroll. Formal post-secondary education is preferred.
