Required Qualifications:

Minimum one-year experience in a customer support centre, call centre, contact centre, customer service, or help desk related position. Supervisory or management experience, preferably related to accounts payable or a call centre. Minimum three years’ experience in an accounts payable position OR completion of a post-secondary diploma or degree in an accounting, finance or business admin program.


Additional Required Qualifications:

As Required.


Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working with financial systems such as Oracle, SAP or JD Edwards. Intermediate level experience in MS Excel. Experience with Adobe Acrobat editing software.
