Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a health-related discipline. Current registration with the appropriate professional association. Minimum two years previous experience in an informal or formal health services leadership role in community-based Addiction and Mental Health. This position has transitioned to Recovery Alberta effective September 1, 2024. Additional Required Qualifications:

Minimum 3 years' experience in the past five years working in community Addiction and Mental Health


Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a health-related discipline. Effective communicator with strong organizational & influential skills, and ability to manage competing priorities. Demonstrated ability with team leadership and commitment to working within a team environment. Ability to manage human, financial, and physical resources.
