Diploma in Business Administration Management and/or other equivalency. A minimum of 3-5 years in a supervisor capacity ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. A demonstrated a clear pattern of professional and personal development. Ability to read, write, speak and communicate effectively using the English language. Strong organizational skills. Experience in using electronic health information systems. Experience implementing and using health information management business transformation strategies through the use of technology. This position is required work on-site at the RDRHC.

Preferred Qualifications:
Successful completion of a health information management program certified by the Canadian College of Health Information Management and an active certification credential with the Canadian Health Information Management Association.
