A minimum of Grade 12 supplemented by leadership, management and/or supervisory educational courses. A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role ideally in an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity (healthcare experience an asset). A demonstrated clear pattern of professional and personal development. Equivalencies of education and experience may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience and knowledge with Environmental Services/Housekeeping as well as industrial laundry experience.
