Minimum of 3 years in a Food Service management role, ideally within an organization of significant size, complexity and diversity. Education: Required post-secondary degree, diploma or certification in Nutrition and Food Service Management. Combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.
Additional Required Qualifications:
Considerable leadership experience in a health care environment is desirable. Education must be accompanied by demonstrated leadership ability, excellent communication, interpersonal and team-building skills and the ability to handle multiple demands concurrently. Must be proficient with personal computers and software in a Windows 10 environment. Microsoft Office applications, (E-mail/Word/Excel). Must be an effective communicator, have excellent problems solving skills and possess excellent time management and organizational skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with e-People, ORACLE, ESP, EPIC and CBORD applications preferred. A Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food is an asset. Healthcare experience is preferred
