Required Qualifications:

Baccalaureate degree in health related field or Business Administration or Education required. Minimum 5 years progressive leadership or supervisory experience, preferably in health management or unionized environment required. Previous experience with staff scheduling and scheduling provisions required. Significant experience in problem solving, facilitation, concerns resolution, investigation and negotiation. Team leadership, interpersonal and team building skills. Demonstrated ability to foster partnerships and relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Effective communicator with strong organizational skills, influencing skills and commitment to providing quality services. Strong analytical, critical thinking, problem solving and communication skills. Demonstrates a strong commitment to client satisfaction.
