Required Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Health Care or Business Administration. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in a senior supervisory position in a Health Care setting. Advanced computer skills required.


Additional Required Qualifications:

The Supervisor must be able to function with a high degree of autonomy, demonstrate critical thinking skills and have the ability to motivate and inspire others to achieve common goals. Must have training experience and have excellent knowledge of cleaning products, chemicals and housekeeping equipment. Must have solid knowledge of all IPC best practices and protocols in regard to all surface cleaning and outbreak management.
