Required Qualifications:

A High School Diploma, supplemented with post-secondary management/supervisory courses from an accredited institution are required. Two (2) years supervisory experience in a large institution; preferably in a healthcare setting, and demonstrated knowledge of Environmental Services, Infection Control and Workplace Health & Safety are preferred. Proficient use of computer software applications such as Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook and the internet is required. Demonstrated leadership abilities, with strong written and oral communication skills, are essential. All new employees will be required to attend a 5-day Environmental Services Orientation and a 1- day AHS Orientation.

Additional Required Qualifications:

For internal AHS and Environmental Services applicants: Two professional references are required upon interview. For External applicants the following must be provided at the time of interview: 3 professional references. Valid work permit/visa (if applicable). Proof of applicable educational requirements.
