Experience: A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a high volume multi-unit Retail Food Services Environment Education: Minimum Post-secondary diploma or certificate in Food & Beverage Management Combination of relevant education and experience will be considered. Experience of working in non-traditional food service and or Unionized Environment; Food Safe Certification and WHMIS training are an asset.
